96% stake in Magpie Mines
Magpie Mines owns a significant Titanium property in the same region as Rio Tinto’s Lac Tio Mine (world’s largest hard rock titanium deposit in production) in Havre St. Pierre, Quebec. Magpie is one of the world’s largest undeveloped hard rock titanium (+V) deposits (per USGS); with a level of economic significance only exceeded by Lac Tio and some others. ERDA also holds a 2% NSR on Magpie and a second titanium asset in the same region, the Mingan property.

Titanium Technology
ERDA's proprietary titanium technology is designed to reduce energy consumption and recover value from titanium-bearing feedstocks and industrial waste streams; 6 international patent applications spanning fines recovery, high-grade TiO₂ upgrading and titanium metal recycling. Potential to convert material that would otherwise be lost/rejected, including chloride-process fines and off-spec pigment, into valuable high-grade TiO₂ feedstock or titanium metal, while reducing impurities, processing losses and environmental footprint. The technology could provide ERDA with a differentiated downstream commercialization opportunity complementary to its significant titanium asset base.
